Taking the Stress out of your Life 8

 

1.  Get dressed

2.  Shower or bath

3.  Don’t leave the bathroom until you spend 5 minutes wiping   something down

4.  Fold and put away the laundry from yesterday, if you haven’t         already done so

5.  Shine your kitchen sink

6.  Empty the dishwasher

7.  Here’s how I empty the dishwasher quickly and easily, with a         minimum of fatigue

     Plates

     a.  Take all of the largest plate out and stack them on the other            dishes in the dishwasher

     b.  Take the next size of plates out and stack them on top of the           larger plates

     c.  Grab those saucers now and do the same

     d.  Once all of the plates and saucers are stacked on the shelf of           the dishwasher take the pile to the counter closest to the                       cupboard that they belong in

     e.  Now put all the plates etc. away

     Cups

     a.  Slip as many cups as possible on your fingers

     b.Now put those cups in your cupboard

     c.Continue on in the way until the cups are gone

     Glasses

     a.Take as many glasses of the same size as you can in both                              hands and put them away

You’re getting the hang of in, great

     Cutlery

     a.Take the whole cutlery container out of the dishwasher and                             place it on the counter nearest the drawer where the cutlery                  resides

     b.Please put all the cutlery to bed at one time LOL

8.  Continue putting everything away in this fashion

9.  Congratulate yourself, you have done a wonderful job in a very      short time!!!

10.Check your calendar, complete the tasks that need to be       completed, add to your calendar as needed

     a.I bought a regular notebook for my calendar.  

     b.I put the dates for a month ahead on the top of the pages. 

     c.I put appointments and all large and small tasks in my                              calendar book. 

11.Prepare some nutritious snacks for the day, get them ready now,   while you have the energy, so that you can have a healthy snack   when you want;

     a.Crackers and cheese

     b.Cut up fruit

     c.Vegetables and dip

     d.Use you imagination

     e.Go for it

     f.Of course, you may have to shop for these items first.   Get                            enough for a whole week.

12.For those of you who observe Christmas please prepare your shopping list today.  This is will take a lot of stress out of the        Christmas season.

13.Start playing Christmas music now, to get you into the Christmas mood.  Enjoy!

14. At the end of the day write down 3 blessings that        you had     during the day

15.Days end:  write down 3 blessings that you had during the day
