Taking the Stress out of your Life 9
1. Wash, brush, shave, etc
2. Empty your sink and/or dishwasher of clean dishes
3. Fill you sink with hot, soapy water each time you prepare food
4. Check you calendar for projects and appointments for the day
5. Schedule in your calendar when you are buying presents in what stores, if you celebrate Christmas. And decide what day you will decorate your house, if you haven’t already done so.
6. If you observe the season continue playing Christmas music
7. Prepare nutritious snacks for the day
8. This is Monday, so plan your menu for the rest of the week.
o Plan your holiday menus as well.
o Make your grocery list out also
9. Days end: write down 3 blessings that you had during the day
