Summary: Have you been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis?
Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is conducting a clinical research study to find out if an oral once-a-day investigational drug called FTY720 is safe and has beneficial effects in people who have Multiple Sclerosis (MS). FTY720 is an oral once-a-day study drug which has not been approved yet for the treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis and is therefore not "on the market" (available for you to buy) in any country. It will also evaluate how safe and well tolerated the study drug is when used for up to 2 years.

- Subject must have had at least one relapse of symptoms during the last year or two relapses in the past two years.
