Coping With Fatigue

Many people with multiple sclerosis experience fatigue — an overwhelming sense of tiredness or lack of energy that affects both your mind and body. Fatigue can be a daily event, and many people with MS say it is their most troubling symptom, interfering with their work, family life, and their day-to-day activities.
