Taking the Stress out of your Life 2

 

  1. Get dressed
  2. Shine your sink

o       place the dishes in your sink

o       fill the sink with hot soapy water

o       let the dishes soak

o       when the water has cooled wash the dishes

  1. empty the dishwasher
  2. use a notebook or a date book or a calendar to write down what has to be done in your future.  This is for more than appointments. 

o       Use this to write down every event.  Birthday, etc

o       Bill paying

o       What you want to do for the day

o       At the end of the day write down 3 blessings that you had during the day

o       The blessings can be that you did got dressed, anything that you accomplished

o       And anything nice that happened during the day

  1. Today place your frequently used appliances, such as toaster or can opener, on the countertop, instead of storing them in the cabinet.

o       This will save you time and energy

o       This will all help you avoid possible tumbles
