Taking the Stress out of your Life 5                                           

                                                                                                          

1.      Get dressed                                                                      

2.      Shine your sink                                                                  

3.      Empty the dishwasher                                                        

4.      Check your calendar                                                           

5.      Pay your bills                                                                    

6.      Go through your closet and turn all the hangers with clothing on around.

a.    Mark this date in your calendar                                 

b.    Go ahead 6 months in your calendar                          

c.     Write down to check your closet for hangers still turned around

d.    In 6 months you can evaluate what to do with the clothing that you haven’t worn in the past six months.  Do you want to keep it or give it away?

e.    Look ahead another 6 months to do one more evaluation

 

7.      Keep a magnifying glass near your phone book to allow you to read the small font therein.

8.      At days end write down 3 blessings that you had during the day.
