Taking the Stress out of your Life 7

 

1.  Get dressed

2.  Shower or bath

3.  Remember the recommended temperature for a bath or shower is lukewarm or cool

4.  This keeps your core temperature cooler, lessening the risk of  a worsening of your symptoms

5.  Use a terry cloth bath robe to reduce the amount of drying time

6.  Don’t leave the bathroom until you spend 5 minutes wiping something down

7.  Shine your kitchen sink

8.  Empty the dishwasher

9.  Grab a load of laundry to put in

10.      Check your calendar

11.      Remember to fill that sink with hot, soapy water before you cook.

12.      Eat a nutritious breakfast to start your day right

13.      inactivity will make you feel the cold more.

o       Dress in layers – then you can add or subtract as necessary

14.      At the end of the day write down 3 blessings that you had during the day
