  2. raise up on your toes – hold to the count of 10
  3. lower down to standing position
  4. raise your toes so that you are balancing on your heels – hold to the count of 10
  5. repeat 10 times
  6. walk 20 paces on your toes (holding the walls or furniture is necessary)
  7. walk 20 paces on your heels (holding the walls or furniture is necessary)
  8. holding chair or wall rock back and forth from your toes to you heels, 20 times

Repeat this group of exercises 10 times a day for 30 days.  Then continue to do these once every day forever.  If foot drop comes back start exercise from the beginning again.

These are the exercises that I was given for toe drop, by a physiotherapist.
