This is picture taken from the middle of the street in front of my house.  We seem to experience at least one or more blizzards a year.  A blizzard is a fierce snow storm with wind, snow, low temperatures.  This time the temperature was  -45 Celsius and coupled with the high winds it was equivalent to -52 Celsius.
