Clinical Study – Volunteers Needed

Title:

An open-label, flexible-dose titration study of the safety and tolerability of ONO-4641 in patients with a relapsing form of multiple sclerosis

Purpose:

This is an early phase study designed to test the safety of a compound. This is one of the steps necessary before conducting a large clinical trial to determine if the agent ONO-4641 is effective in MS.

Main Eligibility Requirements:

• Be willing to take an oral study medication

• Be willing to attend up to 13 appointments over the course of 130 days at the

Rocky Mountain MS Center at

Anschutz Medical Center in

Aurora, CO

• Be between the ages of 18-55

• Not currently using an FDA approved treatment for MS

• Able to walk at least 100 yards (including with the use of a cane or walker)
