A reader commented that I had taken the information for - Understanding Vitamin D - from the Vitamin D Counsel. Yes, I did take my information from the Vitamin D Counsel. I usually try to give credit where credit is due. But, sometimes I get interupted or I am very fatigued and not thinking properly and I don't give the source the credit. I am sorry.
